Collegiate coaches have expressed a need for a website to which they can refer to when they are looking for potential high school athletes to recruit. As a result, AllStudentAthletes was developed by a team of high school and college coaches and former college athletes to fulfill this need.

Many college athletic programs rely on limited recruiting budgets and word of mouth, which limits the potential options for both the colleges that are looking for athletes as well as the athletes looking for colleges. AllStudentAthletes is intended not to replace conventional methods in the recruiting process, but rather to aid in the process as a vital tool for both coaches and athletes.

These features allow collegiate coaches to search for high school players and more importantly it allows high school players to search through the database of schools to find the best fit for them so they can reach out to these coaches. It allows the players to create their own profile very similar to a MySpace profile and reach out to the college coaches on their own, thus empowering the players to showcase themselves.

Once you’ve registered, just log in, select the player(s) to be recommended, select the college(s) to recommend them to, make any comments, and send it on. To further facilitate this process, you may also search for a college by criteria such as location and division in order to find the appropriate situation for your players.
